Hi Michael,
these are some excellent pictures you have, i like your framing.
i left a comment in one of your pic, but it didn't recognize my user name.
would like to know the technique used for those frames.
Thanks,

Hi Durgesh, you have some amazing shots in your gallery as well. The framing is done using photoshop actions that I created. It's not very hard, actually. If you are interested, fly me an email with your email address and I'll send you the action.

Anyone know of any good events coming up that would make a good field trip/get together?
I'd especially like people with really expensive Canon lenses to go so I can try them out. |

Hi folks,
I would love to hook up with fellow shutterbugs in the bay area. I live in SF (near the Cliff House), work in Menlo Park and would be quite willing to travel for mid-week photo ops.
My current favorite (becuase they're very nearby) places to shoot are:
Coyote Hills Regional Park / Don Edwards National Wildlife Preserve (on the east side of the Dumbarton Bridge, very nice waterfowl & the occasional sunset) and SF's Land's End (because I can walk there from home .
Best regards,
_Adam
PS. Michael, I enjoyed your Pride parade photos - you really captured the spirit of the event. I'm still too far behind to have even started to edit mine , but yours are far finer anyways.... Hats off to you! |
