I missed the last one; had work. Sad I only have a Rebel XT; is that okay? I'm aiming for the two-day.

Rebel XT is actually quite a good camera, not sure why you would
think it would not suffice. Wink

I’ll have to check with my calendar and some friends first, before signing-up for anything. (I’m not planning on traveling to Reno for the Air Races there that weekend, since the Air Force Thunderbirds will not appear this year; but I do need to confirm that they do not need for me to be at the AVP beach volleyball tournament up in San Francisco that weekend.)

By the way, for those not familiar with that neighborhood, it might be useful to post some info re that location, including available/natural lighting, ceiling heights, parking, etc.

There are parking right behind the club, beautiful decor and a lot of
props. In fact, you can all stop by, it's right on Castro near the railway
tracks!

Hi David,

The location is inside a club. I plan to shoot there next week to show
what it looks like and the possibilities but for lingeries and stuff, this
beats the ranch. The ranch, on the other hand, has its cool factor
by itself. It's comparing apples and oranges!

Images from the club, shot just yesterday. This will give you an idea on
the possibilites. All of these shot in just a small section of the large club.
The possibilities are endless.

Michael,

Great pictures.

It looks like some pictures used natural light and a relfector and others used strobes. Is this so? And if so, did you use monolight or speedlights?

Most of these are strobes but setup in such a way to look natural.
I used flash heads and battery pack.
