AHAH! Workshop info put together here:
http://www.soophotography.com/workshop/
Some behind-the-scenes and candid shots here
http://www.soocool.com/workshop/candids/
This is it, the location that I'm thinking of doing the modeling
workshop! Some of the locations are a bit off the beaten path and
may not be ideal for the workshop.
But Sheesh, the 300 acre land is UNBELIEVABLE. I barely scratched
the surface of even a quarter of an acre in this 6 hours of shoots I did
with 2.5 models (3rd model had to leave early).
Here are some of the images from the day. I'll poke at Paul to have
him post his.
#1. Swinger!
#2. She Laughs
#3. Sweet Lauren
#4. All about lighting... (in this case, none, just natural light! not even a
reflector!!)
#5. Lumberjack Babe
#6. Jumper
#7. Framed in Burnt Wood
#8. Maxim Girl
#9. No Escape
#10. Doorway
#11. Dilapidated Stairs
#12. Sealed
#13. Twisted
#14. Dementia

WOW Mike, wow wow wow. This is mind blowing stuff. I love it.
The first few pictures of the blonde model is amazing. I've never put my 135/2L to even close such good use. Bravo.
If you hold a workshop there, I'll be there!
Edit: The effect of the first picture... was she swinging away from you when you zoomed into her? (or swinging into you when you zoomed out of her?) |

Quite the interesting location and shoot, Mike.
Nice stuff.
I like the natural light work.

Mike, amazing location. Reminds me of a place in Woodside I visited recently. _________________ Ron

| 11 and 12 are pretty cool. I like your placement of the watermark on all of 'em. |
