Finally finally got my D70. I feel like such a kid with this thing, so many buttons to push. Some kit lens pics from around Davis:

You're not new to photography, just the D70, I take it? Some nice post processing (I assume you did some post processing). Good composition on some of them, leading my eyes through the images.

Thx! I'm semi-new to photography, last camera was a baby S45 that I had for about half a year. Served me well, learned the basics. Still have much much much to learn though. Slight level and curve on all 3 but nothing major, the D70 did most of the work. All 3 of those were taken with kit lens.
Some of my better shots from today, decided to try out the 180 2.8:
